Victor Fresco is an accomplished television writer, producer and show creator. He is best known for creating the critically acclaimed television series "Better Off Ted" and "Andy Richter Controls the Universe", for which he was nominated for a writing Emmy. He has also written for "My Name is Earl", "Life on a Stick", "Trouble with Normal" and "Mad About You". Fresco received his Bachelors degree in film and political science from Hampshire College and worked in television commercials as a production assistant and prop master before breaking into television writing in 1989 with "Alf".
