Between the ages of 15 and 18, she won multiple awards in dance competitions everywhere, resulting in recognition and fame in the United States. She then completed a training program with Edge Performing Arts: Dance with the Force in Los Angeles and started her career as a professional dancer.

Stephanie moved to LA in 2004 and got an agent shortly after. Her career was taking off quicker than anticipated. She joined Britney Spears' dance crew and toured with her in the United States. In 2005, she joined Janet Jackson's tour and gained more publicity.
