Shane Jacobson is an Australian comedian and actor born on March 18, 1970 in Melbourne, Australia. He is best known for his performance as Kenny Smyth in the 2006 mockumentary Kenny and its subsequent TV spin-off series Kenny's World, for which he earned numerous accolades. His character has been affectionately nicknamed the Dunny Man. In 2014, Jacobson released his autobiography The Long Road to Overnight Success, which became a #1 bestseller.
