Pro Wrestler better known as Crash Holly during his appearances in the World Wrestling Federation and World Wrestling Entertainment from 1999-2003. He won over 25 championship reigns in the WWE; he also won the WWF Hardcore Championship on 22 occasions. He was a one-time WWF European Champion and a one-time WWF Light Heavyweight Champion.

He was raised in Pacifica, California where he graduated from Terra Nova High School. In the 8th grade he was inspired by wrestler Brady Boone to pursue the sport. He debuted in 1989 as "Johnny Pearson" and spent a decade wrestling on the independent circuit while working a second job in a grocery store. In 1998 he signed with the WWF, officially becoming Crash Holly.

He opened "Crash Holly's School of Professional Wrestling" in 2002 in Salisbury, North Carolina. In 2003 he left the WWE and joined NWA Nonstop Action, wresting as Mad Mikey. In November of that same year he passed away from what was determined to be a suicide.

He married Christeena Wheeler on New Year's Eve, 1999. They had one daughter together. He had received divorce papers from his wife shortly before his suicide in 2003.
