Liang Chow is a former Chinese gymnast who was born on January 1, 1968 in Beijing, China. He is best known for coaching American gymnasts to gold medals in the 2008 and 2012 Olympics. He has been credited with helping to develop the careers of several of the most successful American gymnasts, including Shawn Johnson and Gabby Douglas.
