American country singer-songwriter based out of Nashville, Tennessee. She signed with UMG Nashville/Interscope in December 2017, and released her first single in January 2018. She has been featured on "Drop Top" by Keith Urban and opened for 2019 tour shows of Maren Morris.
Her full name is Kassi Meisenheimer. She grew up listening to artists such as Amy Winehouse and Adele. She studied at Belmont University's School of Music, and the title of her debut single "California, Missouri" is an ode to her hometown.
She was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2014, and successfully finished treatment by 2016. She also uses YouTube to release some of her music, and over time has built a following of more than 7,000 subscribers. She posts both live performances and music videos.
