Jimmy Griffin was an American songwriter, singer, and guitarist born on August 10, 1943 in Ohio. He was best known for his work with the Los Angeles-based rock band Bread in the 1970s. He wrote and sang many of the band's hits, including "Make It With You" and "Baby I'm-a Want You".
