2006

Palm began her acting career with a starring role as the Ghost Girl in the 2006 direct-to-video production of The Woodland Haunting 2. This role earned her an uncredited role in Greg Mottola's comedy Superbad. After only two years in independent films, Palm returned in 2009 to larger productions in Dana Schroeder's horror-thriller Lost Soul. This was followed by small roles in Fragile Hearts (2010), Sunday Morning High (2009) and Where's Tuesday Monday?. In 2010, she appeared in a small uncredited role in Tim Burton's fantasy film Alice in Wonderland.

2011

In 2011 she was cast by Kern Saxton for the titular role in his 2012 thriller Sushi Girl. Although this was not her first foray into feature films, she was credited as "Introducing Cortney Palm."
