Climbing up the career ladder, he eventually became a shareholder and co-chairman of the Board of Directors of Natura, a position he still holds today. Mr. Leal owns 25% of the company that is considered to be Brazil's leading manufacturer and marketer of skin care, solar filters, cosmetics, as well as perfume and hair care products.
