Greg Plitt (November 3, 1977 - January 17, 2015) was a fitness trainer, model, and host of the Bravo program Work Out. He was born in Baltimore, MD and was well-known for his MFT28 workout regimen, his cover and editorial shoots for Men's Fitness and Maxim, and his modeling work for Calvin Klein and Old Navy. He was an inspiration to many and will be remembered for his dedication to fitness and health.
