God Nisanov, born in Moscow, Russia on April 24, 1972, is a successful businessman and partner of billionaire Zarakh Iliev. Together, they own a vast portfolio of real estate in Moscow, including a 225-acre wholesale distribution center, Food City, and several shopping centers on the outskirts of the city. Their minority business partner, Ilkham Ragimov, graduated from the same university as President Vladimir Putin. In 2015, Nisanov and Iliev opened Moskvarium, Europe's largest aquarium, with 8,000 sea creatures and seven pools for visitors to swim with dolphins. The partners are currently planning to build hotels in the center of Moscow, not far from the Kremlin.
