Brent Mydland was a German-born keyboardist and songwriter who was one of four keyboardists to perform with the Grateful Dead. He was with the band for over 10 years and wrote some of their most popular songs, such as "Easy to Love You" and "Hell in a Bucket". Mydland was born on October 21, 1952.
